Bring your shopping bags and Christmas lists
Shopping 9:30-11:15 AM!
The Members Market will have many awesome vendors providing a variety of services and products too numerous to list. This will be an exciting opportunity for pre-holiday shopping.
Doors will open for shopping at 9:30 am. Shopping will close when the Business Meeting begins at 11:15 am, lunch will follow after the meeting. Some vendors may resume selling from 12:30 pm until 1:00 pm
Vendors may be paid with cash and checks. Some vendors may accept electronic payment (Credit Card, Venmo, or Zelle). The vendor will determine which method of payment they will accept. $$ GREEN $$always works! When paying in cash, be kind to your vendors and have smaller bills please. The vendors thank you for your consideration.
All dining table centerpieces will be for sale. Reserve your centerpiece by placing your name on the back of the Merck business cards on or near the centerpiece. Pricing will be on the business card. You can then take the business card to the Merck Florist booth to pay. If the card is missing, the item has been sold.
The renowned Hall County photographers, Beverly Gilbert and Patty Watson, will be taking pictures in our photo booth.

Don’t forget your filled Christmas stockings. The Community Services Committee will be collecting these as you arrive.

The bar will be available again at this luncheon, serving Bloody Marys, Mimosas and wine. Credit card or CCC members' signatures are the only accepted forms of payment.
If you want to register a Guest, you must do it through the Website. Registering Guests is not available through the Mobile App.
Cancellations: Should you need to cancel, please do so no later than midnight on the
Wednesday prior to the Luncheon. This can be done by emailing the Luncheon Committee at luncheongnc@gmail.com. The Chattahoochee Country Club charges for all reservations submitted in our final count. In case of a question, the registration confirmation can be used as proof of registering!
As noted in the standing rules, if your cancellation is not received in time, your online payment will not be refunded or credited to your account. We appreciate your understanding.
