Registration

  • (REGISTRATION CODE REQUIRED) Use this registration type if you have previously attended one or more luncheons as a potential new member and have received instructions to register as a new member.
  • Members of the club are welcome to register for a luncheon. Members are also allowed to register a guest. Remember that if your guest is a potential new member, they must be registered separately as such and not as a guest.
  • (REGISTRATION CODE REQUIRED) For ladies who meet the residency requirements and are interested in potentially joining the Gainesville Newcomers Club. Contact the membership committee at GNCmembershipGA@gmail.com for additional information regarding registration if needed.

Membership meeting from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m.

  Important Information

After you register for a luncheon, you will get a QR code in three places: your confirmation email, the reminder email and the Wild Apricot for Members smartphone app. To speed up entry to the ballroom, bring one of these QR codes with you.  The QR code can be quickly scanned at the door to confirm your reservation and luncheon payment.  Additional details about finding the QR code will also be in your reminder email scheduled to be sent on Thursday, December 9. 


CCC Mask Policy Update:

• Fully vaccinated members, guests and staff are not required to wear a mask in our facilities. However, we greatly encourage these individuals to wear a mask when indoors at the Club.

• Non-vaccinated members and guests are still highly encouraged to wear a mask.

• The Club now provides all staff with the opportunity to either provide proof of vaccination or wear a mask in all indoor areas.

• We will continue to respect the choice of individuals who prefer to continue to wear a mask. We will continue to perform enhanced cleaning and sanitation practices, as we have done throughout the pandemic.
