Members, the GNC Members Market Vendors are looking forward to seeing you at the luncheon.
Don’t forget your children’s Christmas stockings. The community committee will take them from you as you enter the front door.
PLEASE, “NO SHOPPING” or entry into the 2 vendor rooms until after the business program is complete around 11:00am when Beverly says “Ready, Set Shop!”
Then shop and have fun from 11-1.
You will eat between 11:50am and 1pm with an open line for buffet, no table numbers will be called.
Large shopping bags are being provided for everyone.
We have 28 tables, plus, racks and easels filled with an enormous amazing choice of products, information and services for you to choose from.
All dining table centerpieces will be for sale, as well. Reserve your centerpiece by placing your name on the back of the Joyce Merck business cards on or near the centerpiece. Pricing will be
on their business cards. You can then take the business card to the Joyce Merck booth in the Terrace Room to pay. If the card is missing, the item is sold and being paid for.
Payment may be made with cash, check or credit card. Keep in mind, while some vendors may be able to process payment electronically, others may not. It will be helpful for those paying cash that smaller bills be used. Also, checks will be accepted payable as your vendor requests.
Please keep this in mind as you prepare for and enjoy the market. The vendors thank you for your consideration. HAVE FUN!!!

Cancellation / No Show: Should you need to cancel, please do so no later than midnight on the Wednesday prior to the Luncheon. This can be done by emailing the Luncheon Committee at email@example.com or calling 678-720-4123 and leaving a voicemail for the Luncheon Committee. The Chattahoochee Country Club charges for all reservations made after the final count is given. Members should look for a registration receipt after registering and/or keep the registration receipt for proof of registering!
As noted in the by-laws, if your cancellation is not received in time, it will be necessary to pass that charge to you. All "no shows" will be billed for their lunch. We appreciate your understanding.
